I was born (in 1980)
and raised in North Rhine Westphalia
and currently I live
and work as a physiotherapist in Lüdenscheid
where I also do my training.
Since I was a little girl I have
always had two constant companions:
martial arts and diabetes type 1.
Due to this untypical constellation
I gained extraordinary experience
and special points of view
that I would really like to share
with other people, affected by diabetes or not.
